Approved lobbyists use a City-managed username and password to submit required contact/interactions disclosures.

City admin role membership is read-only here. Use Azure Static Web Apps / Entra ID to add or remove cityclerk, itadmin, and cityattorney access.
City Clerk Reports
Generate operational, compliance, public-records, audit, fee, and retention reports. Exports are produced from Azure SQL data and protected by Static Web Apps role assignments.
Report controls: Date range filters apply to the report's primary date field, such as registration created date, contact date, PRR received date, audit timestamp, or expiration date. Word exports are generated as .docx files; CSV exports include a UTF-8 BOM for Excel compatibility.
